Introduction:
This course is an opportunity to develop a joint vision for the organisation one which will inspire each person to fully contribute.
It will allow each participant to discover their vision for themselves and their own development.
Each person will get an opportunity to see the areas where their responsibility to their own growth and development can also be a contribution to the organisation.
Outcomes:
The can be designed by the organisation. It can be one or more days depending on the particular needs of the group.The course supports the development of; Awareness, Integrity, Responsibility, Accountability, Team Work, Initative, Optimism, Resilience, Creativity, Curiosity, Respect,Tranformation.
