This course prepares senior managers to support the development of a whole school approach to SEAL where staff are being asked to model, demonstrate and teach these skill to pupils at all times.

The course will look at the effects of stress and how they can be managed, how to manage behaviour even when things are not going well.

We will look at the power of thought and beliefs and the effect they have on what you experience every day.

The course can also be run for whole school staff.
